If the app shows an old version after an update, reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on macOS).

To help us reproduce the problem, please include:

What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected.
Your Confluence site URL (for example yourcompany.atlassian.net).
The name of the template, the key of the source space and the key of the new space.
Whether you are a Confluence administrator or a regular user.
The exact error message shown by the app, or a screenshot of the report.

Send them to the same address. Tell us what you are trying to achieve rather than the solution you have in mind — it usually leads to a better fit.
